1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (https://cybertizegrowth.com) or purchasing our digital marketing, search engine optimization, and custom software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Cybertize Growth provides professional digital marketing company solutions, google seo search engine optimization, website marketing, web and mobile app development, and technical consulting. All projects are governed by detailed service level proposals and project agreements.

3. Payments and Retainers

Fees for projects and monthly services are outlined in individual project proposals. Milestone payments or recurring retainers must be settled according to agreed schedules. We reserve the right to suspend development or marketing campaigns if invoices remain unpaid.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final project delivery and complete payment clearance, all source code ownership, repository credentials, and design asset transfers will be handed over to the client. Cybertize Growth retains no claims to code developed custom for clients, but reserves the right to showcase visual work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed under NDA.

5. Client Cooperation

Clients must provide necessary assets, text copy, API credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in asset sharing will result in adjustments to project delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cybertize Growth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site downtime, server issues, external API modifications, or shifts in search engine ranking metrics.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly support or SEO retainers by providing a 30-day written notice. Any completed milestone hours up to termination will remain billable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
