01Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Project-specific services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted by the client. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed project agreement controls.
02Services
Cybertize Growth provides strategy, design, software engineering, AI, automation, cloud, SEO, content, and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, dependencies, timings, and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each engagement.
03Fees and payment
Fees, milestones, retainers, taxes, and payment dates are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. We may pause work or withhold delivery when an undisputed payment is overdue, after giving reasonable notice.
04Intellectual property
After final payment, ownership or licence rights for agreed deliverables are transferred as described in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, third-party products, fonts, stock assets, and open-source software remain subject to their own licences. Unless an NDA or agreement says otherwise, we may identify completed work in our portfolio without disclosing confidential information.
05Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, lawful content, access to required systems, and approvals from relevant stakeholders. A delay in these dependencies may change the delivery schedule.
06Third-party services and results
Some work depends on hosting providers, APIs, app stores, search engines, advertising platforms, or other third parties we do not control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, approval by a third-party platform, a specific search ranking, or a particular commercial outcome.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cybertize Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use or a service engagement. Any direct liability is subject to the limits and exclusions in the applicable project agreement.
08Termination and governing law
Termination rights and notice periods are set out in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, these terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the courts identified in the applicable agreement.
